Primary Responsibilities:
Interpret and approve mechanical drawings

Job Description:
Customer Service Representative answers inbound sales calls and technical help desk calls.  A CSR will assist customers with selecting the best plan to meet their needs so that an installation is scheduled.  A CSR is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving internet connection issues.  A CSR will schedule installations and process payments as well as set up and troubleshoot email accounts.

Job Requirements:

Site Support Specialist – Phoenix AZ

Our Phoenix, AZ client is in need of a Site Support Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Summary of Position:
Responsible for the front-line PC/LAN and software support for 40+ end-users and weekly trips to other office on west coast (LAS, POR) for technology support related activities. Will participate or project manage projects/tasks assigned for local, regional, or firm-wide initiatives. 

Essential Functions:
Ensure end-users have optimal working equipment
Ensure end-users are supported quickly and efficiently for incidents, problems, and requests; reduce first-call-resolution times; must have excellent judgment for when to escalate
Monitor server and backup logs and database performance
Monitor LAN performance and be able to identify problems
Keeps accurate inventory of supported offices’ equipment
Must be passionate about helping people work more efficiently by utilizing technology with little or no downtime
Must be proactive in ensuring systems are performing and continue to perform at optimal levels
Regularly communicates with Office Administrators to ensure local office support expectations are met as it pertains to technology.
Acts as the local office(s) liaison and end-user (customer) advocate when needing support from other technology department teams.
Works with other IT Department teams and firm departments in performing tasks associated with firm technology
Answer phone incidents or requests 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The following are some of the technologies used in the offices that would be supported by the Site Support Analyst:
PC Systems: Dell desktops and HP and Lenovo laptops
LAN Devices: Dell switches, modems, UPSs, PDUs, Windows servers
Office Machines:  Canon and OCE multifunction devices, fax machines, HP printers/scanner, Billback terminals, conference room audio/visual equipment
Telecommunication Equipment:  MACs of phones on a Nortel Option 11c phone systems, voice/data circuits (PRI, MPLS, DSL, POTS), Video Conferencing equipment/circuits, and Blackberries

Additional equipment requirements:
A Blackberry and laptop will be provided by the firm. Home Internet access is required and the cost will be supplemented by the firm.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Interwoven 8.x experience
Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Summation support experience (break-fix, installation, technical support)
Advanced MS office 2003 troubleshoot experience
Office 2007 experience a plus
Blackberry, and Smartphone (android, iPhone) provision and troubleshooting
Analytical – Able to mine and collect data needed for problem solving and design projects. 

Required:
2+ years experience in a technical support position in a law firm
Good understanding and experience with network and client infrastructure: such as backup strategies, server hardware, Microsoft server and client software (Exchange, Server 2003, Office 2003, WinXP, etc), login scripts, and network topology

Position Overview:
Performs full secretarial and administrative duties for attorneys under minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Takes dictation and transcribes, composes correspondence for client-related matters

Requirements:

High School diploma required

Prior experience with handling expense reports, client bills, multi-line phones and conflict-checking forms, as well as working with Interaction, or another CRM database is strongly preferred
Must possess working knowledge of general office procedures
Strong familiarity with legal terminology related to general legal concepts required
Must possess advanced word processing/computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Adobe
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation

Our Nashville TN client is looking for a Superintendent to join their team on a direct hire basis

Position Description:
Our client is looking for a superintendent with experience on medium sized commercial projects (from the ground up projects) as well as residential and commercial remodels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide full time day-to-day supervision on site, coordinating all work of subcontractor’s and the clients own forces
Creates and monitors the project CPM schedule and uses the schedule as a tool to manage the project.  Determines the sequencing of work actives and manages subcontractors to follow the sequence.
Monitors trade work to ensure it meets the requirements of the drawings and specs
Manages the jobsite safety program, including safety walk-thrus, and makes field crews accountable for adherence to the safety program.
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors
Manage subcontractors to ensure that the full scope of work is completed per their contract
Understand the project budget and ensure accurate cost coding and management of labor and material costs
Maintain daily log of project activities.
Close-out project punchlist, finalization of subcontract values, assist in the negotiation of final owner change orders, building commissioning, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of total experience,, having managed at least one large commercial group up build.
Experience should be in commercial construction as well as in commercial and residential remodels in a; preferably on negotiated projects
Experience managing a large team of people on multiple projects at once
Basic computer skills are necessary (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.)
Must have own car to use when company vechiles are not available
Must be able to pass a drug screen to start

Create deployment documentation such policies & procedures, sign-up forms, etc.
Prepare meeting recaps and distribute to team members
Other duties and projects as assigned

The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time.

Position Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent experience
1+ years business analysis and/or technical writing
Proficient with Microsoft Windows 7 OS
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
User Interface Design and wireframing using Balsamiq, Axure or other rapid prototyping tool
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

Competencies:
Self-motivated
Positive and upbeat attitude
Word independently without close supervision
